Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Grange Aromas. If you change your mind or something isn’t right, you have rights under UK consumer law.
 
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

•    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel without giving any reason.
•    To cancel, please email us at hello @grangearomas.co.uk with your order number.
•    You must return items to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
 
2. How to Return an Item

•  Contact us at hello @grangearomas.co.uk with your order number to start your return.
•  Pack your item securely (including all original packaging where possible).
•  Send it to: Grange Aromas, Grange Cottage, South Side, Steeple Aston, Oxfordshire OX25 4RT
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the return postage.
 
3. Refunds

•    We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof you’ve sent them back).
•    Refunds are made to your original payment method.
•    Delivery charges are refunded at the standard delivery rate.
 
4. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:
•    Personalised or custom-made products.
•    Sealed products if the seal has been broken. Our fragrances are sealed for hygiene reasons. 

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello @grangearomas.co.uk with your order number.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
