Welcome to Grange Aromas. These Terms & Conditions explain how we provide our products to you when you shop on our website www.grangearomas.co.uk or www.grangearomas.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Products

•    We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
•    All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
•    Delivery costs are shown separately before you complete your order.
 
3. Orders & Contract Formation

•    When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not confirm acceptance.
•    A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch of your order.
 
4. Payment

•    We accept payment by through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
•    Payment is taken at the time of order.
•    All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
 
5. Delivery

•    We normally deliver to the UK only. Contact us to enquire about special delivery outside the UK.
•    Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
•    Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.
 
6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

•    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
•    To cancel, you must inform us by email at hello @grangearomas.co.uk within this 14-day period.
•    You must return the goods to us unopened with the hygiene seals intact within 14 days of notifying us. Returns are at your own cost unless the goods are faulty.
•    We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them back). Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Exceptions:
You do not have a right to cancel if:
•    The goods are personalised or made to order.
•    The goods have been opened after delivery or the hygiene seals broken.
 
7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

•    If your item is faulty, please contact us at hello @grangearomas.co.uk You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
 
8. Limitation of Liability

•    We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
•    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory rights.
 
9. Privacy & Data Protection

•    Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
 
10. Governing Law

•    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
•    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
